Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and sear them until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Once cooked through, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring it to a gentle simmer.

  5. Combine: Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them with the creamy sauce. Allow everything to simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
