Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Whisk together the heavy cream and chicken broth, stir in the mozzarella cheese, and pour over the chicken.
- Bake covered for 25-30 minutes, removing foil for the last 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving hot.
