  • 1 package of tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 4-5 cloves of cracked garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the pan, searing it until browned on all sides.
  2. Add garlic: Once the steak is browned, add the cracked garlic cloves to the skillet. Sauté together for a few minutes until fragrant.
