Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the zucchinis by slicing them in half lengthwise and scooping out the seeds.
  3. Cook the onion in olive oil until translucent, then add garlic and ground beef, browning it fully.
  4. Season the beef with diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
