Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 can (4.5 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, green chilies, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Serve and optionally garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
