Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, green chilies, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
