- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

- 2 scallions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, red curry paste, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and fresh lime juice until smooth.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
