Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the diced chicken breast in olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until browned.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until the spinach wilts.
- Create the creamy mixture by mixing the cream cheese until smooth and folding in half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Combine the chicken, mushroom, and spinach mixture with the cream cheese mixture in a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
