Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package (16 oz) egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the mixture by combining chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and Dijon mustard. Mix in the cooked noodles and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor and time-saving. Customizing your cheese is also recommended.
