Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (16 oz) egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the mixture by combining chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and Dijon mustard. Mix in the cooked noodles and season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor and time-saving. Customizing your cheese is also recommended.
