- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
