Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas (or gluten-free tortillas, if preferred)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or any fresh veggies for crunch
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese.
- Add the minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Place a tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- If desired, add some fresh veggies for added texture and flavor.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil or melted butter.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
