Description

Delicious Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps meld juicy chicken, earthy garlic, and melty cheese into warm tortillas—perfect for lunch or cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or gluten-free tortillas, if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or any fresh veggies for crunch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Place a tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  4. If desired, add some fresh veggies for added texture and flavor.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil or melted butter.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted inside.
  8. Remove the wraps from the skillet and slice them in half. Serve warm, perhaps with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.

Notes

You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for a quick option. Customize the filling by swapping cheeses or adding spices. For a gluten-free option, substitute regular tortillas with gluten-free ones.
