Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by trimming excess fat and patting them dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken in buffalo sauce until fully covered.
- Breadcrumb coating: Roll each chicken breast in breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Air fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot, drizzled with extra buffalo sauce, alongside blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Adjust spice levels by mixing buffalo sauce with BBQ sauce if desired.
