  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or any seasonal greens)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or basil)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, cream cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
