Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of honey mustard dressing
  • 2 cups of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and kale)
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa or rice
  • 1 cup of assorted roasted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, zucchini)
  • ½ cup of sliced almonds
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
