Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of honey mustard dressing
- 2 cups of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and kale)

- 1 cup of assorted roasted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, zucchini)
- ½ cup of sliced almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in honey mustard dressing for about 30 minutes.
