Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the mixture by combining ground beef, zucchini, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, cumin, and olive oil in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter).
- Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air circulation.
- Air Fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
