Description

Succulent chicken skewers paired with a mouthwatering creamy sauce, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste. Reserve a small portion of the sauce for later use. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using them. Preheat your grill or air fryer while the chicken marinates.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
  4. Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. If using an air fryer, cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Drizzle the reserved sauce over the skewers and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken for 2 hours. Chicken thighs can be used as an alternative for juiciness.
