Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the buttermilk with a pinch of salt and pepper, and add the chicken pieces. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or up to 4 hours.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, and additional salt and pepper.
- Preheat your grill or air fryer. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Roll each skewer in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
