Warm, hearty tacos filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch flavors, wrapped in a crispy shell.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Laying out the tortillas on a flat surface, spoon the chicken and bacon mixture evenly across each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filling.
- Carefully fold each tortilla in half and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
