Description

A cozy fall favorite featuring crispy chicken thighs coated in ranch seasoning and topped with melted cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine ranch seasoning mix with breadcrumbs and drizzle olive oil over it.
  4. Dredge each chicken thigh in the mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken thighs skin side up on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each thigh and bake until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve after letting the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Choose bone-in, skin-on thighs for juicier meat. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
