A cozy fall favorite featuring crispy chicken thighs coated in ranch seasoning and topped with melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 cup ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine ranch seasoning mix with breadcrumbs and drizzle olive oil over it.
- Dredge each chicken thigh in the mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken thighs skin side up on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each thigh and bake until bubbly and golden.
- Serve after letting the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Choose bone-in, skin-on thighs for juicier meat. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
