Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  4. Take each chicken breast, spread the garlic Parmesan mixture over one side, and wrap two slices of bacon around each piece.
  5. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy bacon, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Ensure chicken breasts are evenly thick for uniform cooking. This dish can be made ahead of time.
