Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Take each chicken breast, spread the garlic Parmesan mixture over one side, and wrap two slices of bacon around each piece.
- Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispy bacon, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Ensure chicken breasts are evenly thick for uniform cooking. This dish can be made ahead of time.
