- 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of honey mustard dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C), patting the chicken dry, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then place on paper towels.
- Sear the Chicken in the same skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Assemble the Dish by transferring chicken to a baking dish, drizzling honey mustard dressing, layering bacon, and sprinkling cheeses on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Searing the chicken before baking helps retain its juices. Marinating in honey mustard can add extra flavor.
