Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (halal)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon pieces in the bowl and gently toss them to coat. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the Salmon Bites: Remove the salmon pieces from the bowl, shaking off excess marinade. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Cook the salmon bites for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket after 5 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
