  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (halal)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon pieces in the bowl and gently toss them to coat. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
