Description
Delicious air fryer salmon bites coated in lemon garlic butter, perfect for cozy fall evenings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon: Start by cutting your salmon fillet into bite-sized chunks, approximately 1-inch pieces. Place them in a bowl.
- Make the dip: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Coat the salmon: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon pieces, gently tossing to coat them evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry the salmon: Place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness: The salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork. Cook for an additional minute or two if necessary.
- Serve: Garnish with lemon slices and serve warm! Enjoy alongside a fresh salad or seasonal vegetables.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for the best flavor. Marinating can enhance taste; do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
