Ingredients
- 2 pounds of baby potatoes (red or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ยฝ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut larger ones in half.
- Season: Combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until coated.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Air fry: Place the seasoned potatoes in the basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish: Remove and garnish with fresh parsley or rosemary.
