Ingredients
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of ranch dressing
- 1 ½ cups of breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Create the coating: In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken piece into the ranch mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Air fry: Arrange the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy: Let the chicken bites rest for a few minutes before serving them warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a crispier texture, do not overcrowd the air fryer and cook in batches if necessary.
