Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- ยฝ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- ยฝ teaspoon taco seasoning (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
- Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your air fryer: Preheat to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the quesadilla: Spread cheese on one tortilla, add chicken, bell peppers, and taco seasoning, then top with more cheese and the second tortilla.
- Brush with oil: Lightly brush the top of the quesadilla with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Air Fry: Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
