Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or halal cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional, like parsley or rosemary)
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut each into wedges.
- Soak the wedges: Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Season the wedges: Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Air Fry the wedges in a single layer for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
