  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Start by gently pounding the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Set up your breading station: In one bowl, whisk together the eggs. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
