  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients and chopping the vegetables.
  2. Whisk the eggs: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk until fluffy and add salt and pepper.
  3. Add vegetables and cheese: Stir in the diced bell peppers, spinach, onions, and half of the cheese.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the cooking pan: Lightly grease the air fryer dish with olive oil.
