Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients and chopping the vegetables.
- Whisk the eggs: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Whisk until fluffy and add salt and pepper.
- Add vegetables and cheese: Stir in the diced bell peppers, spinach, onions, and half of the cheese.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the cooking pan: Lightly grease the air fryer dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture: Carefully pour the egg mixture into the pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Cook: Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the omelette, cut into wedges, and serve warm, garnished with herbs.
Notes
Don’t overload the omelette with too many ingredients for a fluffy texture. You can mix and match vegetables.
