- 1/4 cup of cream cheese

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure everything is well mixed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a baking dish that fits your air fryer.
- Add Crunch: If you’d like a crunchy topping, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle them generously over the cheese mixture.
- Cook: Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Scoop out portions and savor.
