  • Cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortilla: Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. If youโ€™re using pita, cut it in half to create two pockets.
