Description

Enjoy a warm, gooey grilled cheese sandwich made effortlessly in your air fryer, perfect for cozy fall afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread (your choice of whole wheat, sourdough, or gluten-free)
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prep the bread: Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Add the cheese: On the unbuttered side of two slices, place your cheese slices.
  3. Assemble the sandwich: Top cheesy slices with the other two slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
  4. Season: Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on the outside of the sandwich.
  5. Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Cook for about 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Allow to cool, slice in half, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
