  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil (for air frying)


Instructions

  1. Prep the green beans: Rinse the green beans thoroughly and snap off the ends. Lay them on a clean kitchen towel to ensure they are completely dry.
  2. Prepare the coating: In one bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the green beans: Dip each green bean into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Repeat until all green beans are coated.
