Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Combine the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp: Add the shrimp to the bowl and gently toss them in the mixture until they are well coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the shrimp: Place the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
