A quick and easy air fryer recipe for garlic Parmesan shrimp, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the basket, and adjust cooking time based on shrimp size. Experiment with flavors by adding lemon juice or red pepper flakes.
