Description

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for garlic Parmesan shrimp, perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss gently to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
