Ingredients
- 16 oz fresh mushrooms (cremini or button mushrooms)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms: Clean them by wiping with a damp paper towel, avoiding water.
- Make the garlic butter mixture by combining melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the mushrooms with the garlic butter mixture in a mixing bowl.
- Air fry the mushrooms at 370ยฐF (190ยฐC) in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve warm, with a squeeze of lemon juice and parsley, if desired.
