Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms (baby bellas or white button)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted garlic butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the mushrooms: Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt.
- Make the garlic butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine garlic butter, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the mushrooms: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss until evenly coated.

- Cook and shake: Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket at halfway (5-6 minutes).
