  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by chopping your vegetables and mincing your garlic.
  2. Whisk the eggs: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: In a small skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent. Then, add your chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they soften.
  4. Combine everything: Gently fold the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Air Fry the frittata: Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Remove the frittata from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
