Ingredients

  • 1 lb cubed steak (halal)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, diced into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes while you prepare the steak.
  2. Season the cubed steak with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until well coated.
  3. Air Fry the steak for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
