- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (can be gluten-free if desired)

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 2 cups of broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the Chicken: Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Set Up Breading Station: In one bowl, whisk the eggs and in another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bread the Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Season the Broccoli: Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the chicken bites for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. After 6 minutes, add the seasoned broccoli to the air fryer basket.
- Check for Doneness: The chicken should have an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and be golden brown; the broccoli should be tender yet crisp.
- Plate Your Dish: Serve immediately, optionally with a warm dipping sauce or fresh lemon juice.
Notes
For best results, cut the chicken into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the fryer.
