Description
Delicious Air Fryer Chicken Bites served with fresh broccoli, ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breast, if preferred)
- 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces and placing them in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure all pieces are well coated.
- Prepare the Broccoli: In another bowl, toss the broccoli florets with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
- Cook the Chicken and Broccoli: Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once the chicken is golden and cooked through, add the broccoli to the air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once done, plate the chicken and broccoli, and sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the basket for best results. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
