Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Prepare the Broccoli: Rinse broccoli florets, pat dry, and toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry Chicken Bites: Place seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add Broccoli: After 7 minutes, add broccoli to the basket and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Notes
Make sure all chicken pieces are cut to a similar size for even cooking and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
