Ingredients
- 2 cups grated potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or plant-based cheese for a vegan option)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour blend)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by grating them and squeezing out excess moisture.
- Mix the grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, flour, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, paired with your favorite dipping sauce or sour cream.
Notes
