Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by washing it, removing the leaves, and cutting the head into bite-sized florets.
- Season the cauliflower florets in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Check the cauliflower for crispiness; if not crispy, cook for a couple more minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for best results, and experiment with different spices for flavor variations.
