Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese for topping


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by washing it, removing the leaves, and cutting the head into bite-sized florets.
  2. Season the cauliflower florets in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Air fry the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Check the cauliflower for crispiness; if not crispy, cook for a couple more minutes.
  6. Serve hot, optionally sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
