Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepping the cauliflower: Rinse the cauliflower florets under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- Mixing the seasonings: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coating the cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Air frying: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnishing and serving: Once golden and crispy, remove the cauliflower from the fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the florets in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and ensure they are thoroughly dry. Adjust cooking times based on the size of the florets.
