Description

A warm and comforting wrap filled with spicy buffalo chicken, cheesy goodness, and fresh veggies, perfect for chilly evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
  • Optional toppings: diced celery, carrots


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Air fry the chicken at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Shred the chicken after resting for 5 minutes and toss it in buffalo sauce.
  4. Assemble the wraps with tortillas, lettuce, buffalo chicken, and cheese.
  5. Wrap it up by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom.
  6. Final air fry the wraps at 375°F for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
