Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
- Optional toppings: diced celery, carrots
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Air fry the chicken at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Shred the chicken after resting for 5 minutes and toss it in buffalo sauce.
- Assemble the wraps with tortillas, lettuce, buffalo chicken, and cheese.
- Wrap it up by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom.
- Final air fry the wraps at 375°F for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze the filling for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer to revive crispiness.
