Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli: Rinse and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
- Season the broccoli: In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add parmesan: Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the seasoned broccoli and toss gently to combine.
- Air fry: Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
- Check for crispiness: Once cooked, the broccoli should be tender and crispy. If desired, keep it in the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy: Transfer to a serving dish, add more parmesan if desired, and enjoy!
