Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the broccoli: Rinse the fresh broccoli florets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the broccoli is evenly coated.
  2. Add the Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli mixture, ensuring that each floret gets a generous coating. Toss again to distribute the cheese evenly.
  3. Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the broccoli mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If you have too much, you can do this in batches. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The broccoli should be crispy and golden brown.

Notes
