Instructions
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Start by washing the cauliflower thoroughly. Cut it into bite-sized florets ensuring they are even in size for consistent cooking.
- Create the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water (or non-dairy milk), stirring until you have a smooth batter.
- Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess batter to drip off. Then, roll the battered florets in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 3 to 5 minutes. This step ensures that your cauliflower gets that golden, crispy finish.
- Air Fry the Cauliflower: Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray them with olive oil spray for added crispiness.
- Cooking Time: Air fry the cauliflower at 400ยฐF for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The florets should be golden brown and crispy when done.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once cooked, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy while warm!
