Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (halal)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas
- 1 cup spinach leaves (fresh)
- ½ cup roasted red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Hot sauce or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cook chicken using your preferred method (roasting, boiling, or air frying) and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Wraps: Combine shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in a mixing bowl, then lay out a tortilla and add the mixture along with spinach leaves.
- Roll It Up: Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom, securing everything inside.
- Air-Fry the Wraps: Preheat air fryer to 375°F, brush wraps with olive oil, and air fry for 5-7 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Serve: Cut in half after cooling for a minute and serve with dipping sauce if desired.
