Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or any cooking oil of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chicken breasts by patting them dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry the chicken for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest the chicken for a couple of minutes and garnish with freshly chopped herbs before slicing!
